We work in the field of EPRR – emergency preparedness, resilience and response. Our experience and deep knowledge comes from decades of front line service responding to incidents, including major incidents and from time served in the military and blue light services.

We have witnessed personally critical deficiencies in the implementation and execution of EPRR plans and experienced how poor communication provision can cost lives.

Unfortunately communication failures also feature in many inquiries into the response to major incidents.

So we decided to do something about it!
